Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding sales performance by exceeding revenue targets and meeting service expectations in all client interactions
  • Achieve and maintain individual sales goals while understanding and contributing to key business performance indicators
  • Participate in and attain minimum targets for global, regional, and local retail initiatives
  • Maintain exceptional operational standards, ensuring quality control and accurate inventory management
  • Enforce compliance with store operational procedures and product presentation standards
  • Conduct regular and efficient inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and accountability
  • Create premium shopping experiences through engaging consultations and memorable moments that reflect Tiffany's heritage
  • Uphold the highest luxury service standards at all times, including presentation, demeanor, and hospitality
  • Listen actively to client feedback and concerns, escalating issues appropriately to management
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized service and follow-up engagement
  • Cultivate both new and existing client bases to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business
  • Participate in and support in-store events and client development initiatives
  • Act as an authentic Tiffany brand ambassador by embodying passion, professionalism, and refined personal presentation
  • Remain current with industry trends, collection launches, and company information through continuous learning
  • Complete all mandatory training programs to ensure compliance with policy changes and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional retail experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end jewelry retail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Polished appearance, positive demeanor, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility with excellent prioritization and time management abilities
  • Adaptability and composure when working with diverse clientele in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook email software
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality, gastronomy, or similar service-oriented sectors is advantageous
