Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Capture and manage client data effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction.
  • Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
  • Respond to client feedback and improve the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for luxury brands. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
