Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen relationships with new and existing clients to build strong brand loyalty and capture customer data
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consultative selling and relationship-based business development
- Deliver significant sales through loyal customer relationships and principal business pillars
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to all clients
- Embody the Tiffany Touch as a brand ambassador during every client interaction, demonstrating passion and personal service excellence
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to optimize customer experience and satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or luxury retail experience
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and customer service
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
