Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
  • Foster a culture of clienteling and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data to deepen relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to enhance client experience and grow business.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion and personal touch during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and create unique client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship management abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client development. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Glendale, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
