Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Fort Worth, Texas. Drive luxury jewelry sales and embody the Tiffany Experience through client relationships and exceptional service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans
- Capture and cultivate client data to build repeat business and develop targeted client engagement strategies
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience and brand ambassador presence in every client interaction, embodying the Tiffany Touch with personal flair
- Elevate in-store experience through memorable moments, optimized hospitality, and execution of best practices identified in the TEI (Tiffany Experience Initiative) program
- Drive business through key product pillars and demonstrate mastery of Tiffany's heritage collections
- Execute client feedback and continuously improve service based on Voice of Client Survey insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and building client loyalty
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Ability to work flexibly with diverse client bases across non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA (Gemological Institute of America) course work preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales results and building lasting client relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA course work preferred.
