Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Fort Worth, Texas. Build client relationships and drive luxury jewelry sales with the iconic brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Experience in every client interaction, leveraging personal flair and the Tiffany Touch to create extraordinary moments
  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, capturing client data and cultivating both new and existing clientele
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets through elevated client service and strategic product pillar focus
  • Foster a clienteling culture and entrepreneurial spirit within the store, encouraging innovative approaches to business growth through discovery-driven client appointments
  • Elevate the in-store experience by executing best practices in hospitality, optimizing store amenities, and responding to Net Promoter Score feedback to refine client engagement
  • Demonstrate expertise in styling and advising clients on jewelry collections, connecting recommendations to individual client wardrobes and personal preferences
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by communicating Tiffany's vision and passion with authenticity and sophistication across all client interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-related experience in hospitality or similar service-oriented environment
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results and exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases and adapt communication style to varying clientele
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (desired)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (desired)

Experience
