Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Fort Worth to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and exceed sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the ‘Tiffany Touch’ to create memorable, personalised experiences.
- Develops and nurtures client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales; proactively captures and maintains client data.
- Consistently attains or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through individual business development.
- Executes clienteling best practices: schedules appointments, follows up on opportunities and converts prospects using consultative selling.
- Drives sales across key product pillars and identifies innovative ways to grow revenue through elevated client appointments and styling.
- Applies NPS and client feedback to refine in‑store hospitality, amenities and the overall customer journey.
- Operates POS and client tracking systems accurately; ensures flawless transactional and administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client‑facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and to sell through relationship‑based, consultative techniques.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury client‑facing experience with demonstrable commercial performance and client development achievements.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.
