Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and increase lifetime client spend.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to clients.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony, utilizing the Tiffany Touch.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
