Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through the Tiffany Touch, delivering an extraordinary and memorable experience to each client through personal flair and genuine engagement
- Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increased client lifetime value
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets through strategic sales execution and relationship management
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data within the client tracking system to enable personalized service and targeted outreach
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and proactive clienteling activities
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to business growth through elevated client appointments and discovery-based selling
- Drive sales performance across key product pillars, including fine jewelry and timepieces
- Execute the Tiffany Touch during each selling ceremony, incorporating personal style and creativity to enhance the client experience
- Optimize in-store hospitality and leverage client feedback to create unique experiences that exceed Net Promoter Score expectations
- Style and advise clients on product selections that align with their personal wardrobe and aesthetic preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail, luxury retail, or client-focused hospitality experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build meaningful connections with diverse client bases
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and client tracking platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and email communication systems
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related hospitality roles with proven achievement of commercial targets and demonstrated ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.79 to USD 22.10 per hour.
