Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Dublin, Ireland. Luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience and expertise in client relations and jewelry sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver unparalleled service and results upholding standards of excellence and luxury etiquette
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Serve as a trusted advisor, developing client strategy to drive sales, cross-selling, and client loyalty through curation of memorable experiences
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures and maintain operational excellence standards including inventory, reservation management, transfers, and care services
- Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling, effectively conveying Tiffany's legacy of craftsmanship, brand commitment, and integrity
- Connect with clients and team members through strategic questioning and establish lasting relationships
- Elevate and celebrate clients' special moments through proactive and relevant personalization and product care services

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related experience such as hospitality
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base
- Passion for luxury retail environments; jewelry and watch expertise preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative team orientation
- Knowledge of luxury etiquette and service excellence standards
- Experience deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives in omnichannel environments
- Proficiency with Point of Sales systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Digitally-savvy and comfortable with omnichannel retail tools
- Authorization to work in Ireland
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or related client-facing environments such as hospitality. Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel sales, proven ability to achieve sales targets, and track record of cultivating relationships across diverse client bases required. Experience with sales strategy deployment and clienteling initiatives in luxury settings highly valued.
Education
Secondary education required. Bachelor's degree from a university or college preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) preferred.
