Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Dublin to deliver omnichannel clienteling and drive sales for the luxury jewellery maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service and uphold luxury etiquette to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and execute client development strategies to drive new sales, cross-sales and long-term client loyalty.
- Curate memorable client experiences through authentic brand storytelling, personalization and product-care services.
- Operate POS, reservation and client-tracking systems to manage inventory, reservations, transfers and aftercare processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with Tiffany and LVMH operational procedures and standards.
- Collaborate within an inclusive team environment, contributing to a culture that prioritises people and joy.
- Adapt behaviour based on feedback and business needs; participate in new initiatives and omnichannel workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles (hospitality experience considered).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
- Demonstrable clienteling expertise in an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in Ireland (must hold appropriate work status).
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in luxury retail or equivalent client-facing roles, with measurable sales results and omnichannel clienteling experience.
Education
A college or university degree is preferred but not mandatory; Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework is an advantage.
