Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related environments such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
- Passion for luxury retail environments; expertise in jewelry or watches is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thoughtful and service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette.
- Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
- Digitally-savvy and comfortable with omnichannel tools.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a client-related field such as hospitality.
Education
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
Workplace
