Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering personalized service and the 'Tiffany Touch' to create extraordinary experiences
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, leveraging clienteling practices and data capture
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through sophisticated selling and elevated client engagement
- Demonstrate brand ambassadorship through passionate product knowledge, curiosity-driven discovery, and strategic upselling across key product pillars
- Elevate in-store experience by executing best practices in hospitality, optimizing store amenities, and translating client feedback into enhanced service delivery
- Connect with clients' personal style and wardrobe preferences, positioning jewelry and watches as essential lifestyle components
- Execute professional NPS (Net Promoter Score) program principles to gather insights and continuously improve client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial sales targets and performance goals
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking databases, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to establish genuine connections with diverse clientele in an upscale environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or equivalent client-facing experience in hospitality. Demonstrated success in achieving commercial sales targets. Strong ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.
