Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor (Contact Centre) in Toronto to deliver luxury omnichannel client service and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering elevated luxury service across phone, email and live chat channels.
  • Listen to clients’ needs and deliver personalised product recommendations, storytelling and brand knowledge to drive conversion and long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed client service and commercial sales targets, including proactive outreach and up‑selling where appropriate.
  • Resolve client enquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex matters to ensure timely, client-centric resolutions.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data to support relationship building and future clienteling activities.
  • Communicate using elevated verbal and written language appropriate to a luxury clientele.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and compliance requirements at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with in‑store teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in luxury client service (retail, travel or hospitality) with a demonstrable client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high energy and passion for luxury brand representation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously (phone, email, live chat) and multitask under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is a strong asset.

Experience

Minimum three years of client-facing experience within luxury retail, hospitality or travel, with a proven track record of delivering high‑touch service and meeting commercial targets.

High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary training in hospitality, retail management, or customer relations is desirable but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.57 to CAD 27.83 per hour.
