Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Cincinnati, Ohio. Luxury jewelry retail role requiring 3+ years retail experience and strong sales track record.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Capture and leverage client data to cultivate both new and existing relationships, ensuring a significant portion of sales derives from repeat clientele
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences by demonstrating the Tiffany Touch—a personal, authentic approach to luxury service that reflects the brand's values
- Execute hospitality best practices and optimize store amenities to create unique experiences, translating client feedback and TEI (Tiffany Experience Index) performance into actionable improvements
- Drive business through key product pillars while maintaining flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related roles such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales results
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Ability to work with diverse clientele and adapt service delivery to individual preferences
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles within hospitality or related industries. A demonstrated track record of achieving sales results and building client relationships is essential.
Education
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist certification or prior coursework through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is strongly preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.79 to USD 22.10 per hour.
