Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Chicago to deliver the Tiffany Experience and exceed sales targets. Full-time, Michigan Ave. location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction and deliver the signature ‘Tiffany Experience’ through personalised service.
- Develop and nurture client relationships with a clienteling approach to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through proactive prospecting and conversion.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems to support outreach and personalised follow-up.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences by executing hospitality best practices and responding to Net Promoter Score (NPS) insights and client feedback.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to guide styling conversations and connect jewellery with clients’ wardrobes and lifestyle.
- Identify and activate opportunities across key product pillars to grow individual business performance.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays to meet client needs and store traffic patterns.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to connect authentically with a diverse client base and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours (including evenings, weekends and holidays).
- College or university degree preferred.
- Multilingual proficiency preferred.
