Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
  • Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business and key product pillars.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating brand passion.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong brand ambassador capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to client engagement. Ability to deliver exceptional client service and experience. Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
