Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Tiffany Experience at every client interaction, acting as a brand ambassador and creating memorable, personalised selling ceremonies.
  • Develop and deepen long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales targets and contribute to key product pillar performance.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data using the store’s clienteling and POS systems to support future engagement.
  • Optimise in‑store hospitality and amenities, act on client feedback (TEI) and execute best‑practice service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail or relevant client‑facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Preferred: college/university degree; Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework; proficiency in multiple languages.
