Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
  • Record client data and cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Generate significant sales through repeat business.
  • Enhance in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to clients.
  • Demonstrate brand passion and utilize personal style during sales ceremonies.
  • Implement best practices to optimize store hospitality and amenities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related client-facing sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or a related client-facing sector.

Education

University degree preferred. Degree in Gemology is a plus.
