Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor, Full-Time, Calgary — luxury retail sales and client relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction, creating extraordinary and memorable experiences
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty, repeat business, and significant portions of sales
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets
  • Capture and manage client data, leveraging client tracking systems to maintain and grow the clientele base
  • Identify and execute innovative strategies to grow personal business through elevated client appointments and discovery-driven conversations
  • Drive sales across key product pillars and convert prospects through curiosity and engagement
  • Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors aligned with the NPS (Net Promoter Score) program and act on client feedback
  • Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities, styling clients and creating unique, personalized experiences
  • Serve as a brand ambassador with passion and authenticity during selling ceremonies and client interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related hospitality experience
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in Canada

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. A college or university degree is preferred but not required.
