Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor (6-month FT contract) in Brussels—luxury retail sales role embodying the "Tiffany Touch."
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and commitment to the House
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales objectives
- Collect and enrich client data to build comprehensive customer profiles
- Develop and nurture portfolios of both existing and prospective clients
- Generate significant revenue through a dedicated loyal clientele
- Promote sales around strategic product pillars
- Elevate the in-store experience by creating memorable moments for each client
- Embody passion for the Tiffany brand during every sales interaction through the 'Tiffany Touch' methodology
- Implement excellence behaviours defined in the TEI (Voice of Client Survey) programme and align with Tiffany's client experience vision
- Apply best practices in hospitality and optimize in-store services to create unique experiences
- Analyse TEI performance and client feedback to drive continuous service improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury retail or direct client-facing sectors such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial sales objectives
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to engage with international and diverse clientele
- Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems, client management tools, Microsoft Outlook, and email platforms
- Fluent in both French and English (essential)
- Advanced placement: higher education diploma
- Advanced placement: Graduate Gemologist certificate or training from Gemological Institute of America (GIA) preferred
- Advanced placement: proficiency in a third language highly valued
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector or direct client-facing roles such as hospitality, with demonstrated success in achieving commercial sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education minimum; higher education diploma preferred. Graduate Gemologist certification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) training is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
