Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor (6-month FT contract) in Brussels—luxury retail sales role embodying the "Tiffany Touch."

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and commitment to the House
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales objectives
  • Collect and enrich client data to build comprehensive customer profiles
  • Develop and nurture portfolios of both existing and prospective clients
  • Generate significant revenue through a dedicated loyal clientele
  • Promote sales around strategic product pillars
  • Elevate the in-store experience by creating memorable moments for each client
  • Embody passion for the Tiffany brand during every sales interaction through the 'Tiffany Touch' methodology
  • Implement excellence behaviours defined in the TEI (Voice of Client Survey) programme and align with Tiffany's client experience vision
  • Apply best practices in hospitality and optimize in-store services to create unique experiences
  • Analyse TEI performance and client feedback to drive continuous service improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury retail or direct client-facing sectors such as hospitality
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial sales objectives
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to engage with international and diverse clientele
  • Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems, client management tools, Microsoft Outlook, and email platforms
  • Fluent in both French and English (essential)
  • Advanced placement: higher education diploma
  • Advanced placement: Graduate Gemologist certificate or training from Gemological Institute of America (GIA) preferred
  • Advanced placement: proficiency in a third language highly valued

Experience
