Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and communicate with clients to deliver the Tiffany Experience through uniquely tailored and personalized service
- Maintain operational efficiency and deliver an uncompromising luxurious experience in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to the elevation of client development and the refinement of selling ceremony and presentation
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales targets are consistently exceeded
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury retail and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends, late nights, and holiday periods
- Mandarin-speaking preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years in a customer-facing sales or service role, with demonstrated experience working toward sales targets and KPIs. Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse clientele.
