Tiffany & Co. Client Advisor position in Boston offering $20.40–$24.00/hr. Build luxury client relationships and exceed sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed store sales targets across all time periods
- Capture and maintain client data to cultivate repeat business and personalized engagement opportunities
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client relationships while driving business through key product pillars
- Embody the Tiffany brand through exceptional communication and personal flair in every client interaction
- Elevate in-store experience by creating memorable moments and executing best practices in hospitality and store amenities
- Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors aligned with the Tiffany Experience Initiative and respond to client feedback
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure consistent store coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related roles such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales results and targets
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and email communication platforms
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work with diverse client bases and provide inclusive service
- Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience with a demonstrated track record of sales achievement and relationship building. Experience in hospitality or similar client-centric environments is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree from a college or university is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or completion of coursework through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is preferred.
