Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering personalized service and the Tiffany Touch
- Build and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate existing and new client relationships
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences through consistent application of hospitality best practices
- Demonstrate product knowledge across key product pillars and identify innovative ways to grow sales
- Execute the Tiffany Touch during every selling ceremony, leveraging client feedback to enhance the customer experience
- Connect with clients' personal style preferences and provide styling guidance
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to connect with and serve a diverse client base
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for luxury brand values
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience; proven track record of achieving commercial results; proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
Education
College or university degree preferred
