Tiffany & Co. in Boca Raton seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and achieve retail sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the ‘Tiffany Touch’ and creating memorable, elevated in‑store experiences.
- Develops and maintains a personal client base through proactive clienteling, capture of client data, and regular outreach to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual store sales targets by converting enquiries and driving penetration of key product pillars.
- Uses POS and client tracking/CRM systems to record client information, follow up on opportunities and manage appointments.
- Leverages Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and client insights to refine the in‑store experience and hospitality offerings.
- Provides styling advice, connects product to clients’ wardrobes and executes consultative selling during personalised appointments.
- Works flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet client needs and support peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client‑facing hospitality with a proven record of commercial results.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proven ability to build rapport and long‑term client relationships across a diverse clientele.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail, luxury retail or hospitality with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop repeat client business.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
