Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data to cultivate relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat business.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable client moments.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and work with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales. Proficiency in using sales and client management software. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
