Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture client data and cultivate both new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Enhance in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate Tiffany brand ambassador passion during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
  • Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and work with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred.

This position is based in Beverly Hills, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 to $30.02 per hour, dependent on skills and experience, with eligibility for sales commission.
