Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Besiktas (Istanbul) to deliver luxury client experiences and achieve sales at Zorlu Center / Istinye Park.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the 'Tiffany Touch' and consistently creating memorable, personalised client experiences in store.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business; build and manage a personal book of clients.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across key product pillars.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data using the company’s clienteling and tracking systems; follow up to convert and retain clients.
  • Execute hospitality and store amenity best practices; take action on Voice of Client (TEI) feedback to improve the client experience.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maximise merchandising, product knowledge and in-store selling opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexible availability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to engage and serve a diverse international client base with cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Fluency in Turkish, Russian and English (spoken).

Experience

Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a demonstrable sales record and experience building repeat-client business.

Education

College/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist credential or GIA coursework is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be located in Besiktas, Istanbul, Turkey.
