Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize strategic sales techniques to achieve or exceed individual sales targets by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing desired products.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new clientele through outreach, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
- Provide after-sales service and professionally handle customer complaints.
- Input and manage customer information within the database.
- Proficiently use company applications and software.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage store merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to support the company's sales potential.
- Actively participate in and support the achievement of company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury sales or related customer service experience.
- Outstanding sales capabilities.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate and work with diverse individuals and teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years in luxury sales or a related customer service role is required.
Education
High school diploma or higher.
