Role & Responsibilities
- Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the Tiffany Experience with personal flair and impeccable service.
- Develops and nurtures long-term client relationships and captures client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through proactive clienteling and sales conversion.
- Designs and delivers elevated, memorable in‑store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities and acting on NPS feedback.
- Drives sales across key product pillars and identifies innovative ways to grow the individual client book through discovery and styling.
- Collaborates transparently with local and central teams to implement agreed strategies focused on clients, people and brand desirability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail, luxury retail or comparable client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
- Proven track record of achieving measurable commercial results and growing client business.
- Demonstrable ability to connect with a diverse client base and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury client-facing experience with a proven commercial track record; experience in hospitality is also relevant.
Education
College/university degree preferred.
