Role & Responsibilities

  • Embodies the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering the Tiffany Experience with personal flair and impeccable service.
  • Develops and nurtures long-term client relationships and captures client data to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store commercial targets through proactive clienteling and sales conversion.
  • Designs and delivers elevated, memorable in‑store experiences, optimizing hospitality and store amenities and acting on NPS feedback.
  • Drives sales across key product pillars and identifies innovative ways to grow the individual client book through discovery and styling.
  • Collaborates transparently with local and central teams to implement agreed strategies focused on clients, people and brand desirability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail, luxury retail or comparable client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable commercial results and growing client business.
  • Demonstrable ability to connect with a diverse client base and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
