Tiffany & Co. seeks a bilingual Client Advisor in Aventura to deliver luxury experiences and drive sales through exceptional service and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering personalized service and the Tiffany Touch to create extraordinary experiences
- Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty, repeat business, and significant commercial spend
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets while identifying innovative growth opportunities
- Capture and leverage client data through the clienteling system to personalize recommendations and foster an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences by executing best practices in hospitality, optimizing store amenities, and acting on client feedback and Net Promoter Score performance
- Demonstrate passion as a brand ambassador during all selling ceremonies, connecting clients' personal style to Tiffany's product pillars and key collections
- Facilitate client conversion through curiosity-driven discovery conversations and consultative selling techniques
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese with demonstrated excellence in communication and client engagement
- Minimum three years of proven experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality environments
- Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking platforms, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States

Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail, luxury retail, or client-related hospitality experience with a demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve sales results.
Education
College or university degree preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Aventura, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
