Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, utilizing the Tiffany Touch to create extraordinary experiences
  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets and sales plans
  • Capture and cultivate client data to grow new and existing client relationships
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business
  • Demonstrate passion and product expertise during client appointments across key product pillars
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and Client Experience Behaviors
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on NPS performance feedback
  • Connect with client wardrobe preferences and style clients appropriately
  • Work flexibly across non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related sectors such as hospitality
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results and sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to connect authentically with diverse client bases
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (desired)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (desired)
