Tiffany & Co. seeks an experienced Client Advisor in Auckland for full-time luxury retail sales and personalized customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver proactive, personalized client communication and service aligned with the Tiffany Experience
- Execute luxurious customer experiences while maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Drive sales performance and exceed assigned targets through consultative selling
- Develop meaningful client relationships across a diverse customer base
- Contribute to performance improvements and elevate client development initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service with demonstrated KPI achievement
- Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with diverse clientele
- Strong innovative thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or customer service roles with demonstrated success working toward and exceeding targets and key performance indicators.
