Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit to grow business outreach.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments to clients.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.

Education

A college/university degree is desired.
