Join Tiffany & Co. in Amsterdam as a Client Advisor. This role requires a minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or hospitality, with a focus on client relationship building and sales excellence. Proficiency in multiple languages preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and increase client spend.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and manage client data to enhance relationship-building efforts.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise in Tiffany's offerings.
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
  • Respond to client feedback and optimize the client experience based on TEI program insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related roles such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to deliver personalized client experiences. Proficiency in multiple languages, including Dutch, English, and French, is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-focused environment is required.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
