Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in Abu Dhabi (The Grove) to deliver exceptional clienteling and drive sales for the new store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch clienteling across every interaction using the Tiffany service standard to create memorable experiences and long-term relationships.
- Proactively build and maintain a personal client base through targeted outreach, follow-ups, and curated appointments to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of fine jewellery and related services.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge of Tiffany collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients and support informed purchase decisions.
- Manage in-store transactions, reservations and client records accurately using the store CRM and POS systems; ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support visual merchandising and store standards to reflect brand positioning; assist with inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and leadership to share market intelligence, pipeline updates and key client opportunities; participate in training and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, ideally within jewellery or watches.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique or premium retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an entrepreneurial, client-centric mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a personal client portfolio and follow-up cadence.
- Right to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail; experience in jewellery or watches preferred, with a demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and building a personal client base.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail, luxury management or a related field preferred.
