Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in client interactions, using personal flair to enhance the client experience.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed sales targets.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable client interactions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion for Tiffany during selling ceremonies.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • Must be a UAE National.
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
  • Passion for customer service and client experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client database.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.

Experience
