Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any safety incidents to management.
  • Provide advanced technical analysis for the New Product Development group, focusing on casting process designs and manufacturability.
  • Support the resolution of day-to-day production issues to maintain continuous workflow and product delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure successful project execution, involving stakeholders such as CAD/CAM, Manufacturing, and QA.
  • Offer engineering support for new equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, utilizing lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience in manufacturing process improvement.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and solving complex engineering problems using Root Cause Analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Access.

Skills

Advanced technical analysis and problem-solving. Project management and multi-project coordination. Statistical analysis and higher-order mathematical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

Education

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an Engineering discipline.
