Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze store performance across sales, KPIs and client development metrics to detect trends, opportunities and areas for intervention.
- Design, build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to enable Retail leaders to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR on FTE planning, productivity analysis and resource optimisation.
- Support CRM analytics in partnership with the Client Development Manager to inform clienteling strategies.
- Monitor operational KPIs—inventory flow, stock accuracy and in-store productivity—and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Merchandising and Store Planning to optimise allocation, replenishment and store operations.
- Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple departments to deliver a single, coherent view of business performance for LATAM.
- Support regional projects (store openings, incentive programmes, new tools) through reporting, tracking and stakeholder coordination.
- Act as primary reporting contact for LATAM, ensuring data consistency and clarity across teams and preparing concise presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist with tool and system rollouts, coordinating with IT and providing end-user support where required.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical capability with the aptitude to translate quantitative data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau is highly desirable.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain and HR.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
