Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, and alarm tests.
- Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities repairs.
- Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience for each client, fostering long-term relationships.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales goals.
- Consistently elevate in-store experiences, delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Implement standard processes to enhance client experiences and respond to feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in a security-related position, preferably within a retail environment.
Education
High School Graduate

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
