Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and reporting.
- Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, and assist with facilities repairs.
- Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, enhancing client relationships and driving loyalty.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
- Consistently elevate the in-store experience, delivering memorable customer interactions.
- Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities, acting on client feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail or security environment is preferred, with at least 1 year in a security-related position.
