Tiffany & Co. Brand Ambassador role in London's Old Bond Street Flagship store. Deliver luxury client experiences and embody the Tiffany brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients in a warm, courteous manner, creating memorable luxury experiences aligned with the Tiffany brand
  • Assist both internal and external clients while directing them throughout the Flagship store
  • Engage clients through storytelling and conversation to discern needs and partner them with appropriate sales professionals
  • Accurately manage floor waiting list and communicate potential service issues to management
  • Share client interactions and brand impressions with management
  • Support all hospitality and selling events, ensuring areas remain stocked and clean
  • Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas
  • Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information in accordance with Record Retention Guidelines
  • Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility in response to organizational change

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Client-focused mentality and ability to work with VIP clients
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on daily business needs

Experience
