Tiffany & Co. seeks a Branch Security Officer in Westport, USA to safeguard clients and store operations while delivering the Tiffany Experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for clients, employees and store assets at all times through active monitoring and visible presence.
  • Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for clients, delivering the Tiffany Experience and supporting store hospitality.
  • Support sales objectives by deepening client relationships and assisting store operations to help achieve the sales plan.
  • Implement and enforce security controls and procedures, including daily inspections, alarm tests, key access management and report submissions.
  • Respond to emergency situations, investigate and report incidents in accordance with Incident Management Program procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and coordination with store management.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and store leadership to deter theft and manage loss-prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience. Prior experience in a retail/security environment is preferred; 1 year in a security-related position is advantageous.
