Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver visible security presence to protect customers, personnel and merchandise while supporting sales objectives and the Tiffany client experience.
- Partner with the Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, investigate and report incidents, and execute incident management procedures.
- Perform daily security controls and system checks, including alarm tests, CCTV monitoring, key control and report submission.
- Execute store opening and closing procedures, support back-of-house operations and coordinate facility repairs with the store team.
- Support sales and service by acting as a brand ambassador, engaging clients appropriately, and contributing to achievement of store sales plans.
- Contribute to hospitality initiatives and NPS-driven client experience improvements by implementing standardized processes and acting on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in retail security, loss prevention, or a related operational role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy to complete reports and system checks.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of relevant experience in a retail or security environment; prior experience in retail loss prevention, store security or a comparable operational role is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
