Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for clients and employees, serving as the store ambassador and first point of contact.
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience by supporting client engagement, deepening relationships and contributing to store sales objectives.
- Consistently elevate in-store service by executing customer experience behaviors identified in the TEI program and responding to Voice of Customer feedback.
- Implement and enforce security controls: deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies and follow Incident Management Program procedures.
- Perform daily security operations and controls including alarm tests, equipment inspections, key access management, opening and closing procedures, and required report submissions.
- Support back-of-house operations and facilities coordination, communicating maintenance needs and assisting with repairs as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security, retail loss prevention, or a related field; prior in-store security or retail security experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
