Tiffany & Co. Branch Security Officer in San Antonio, TX — luxury retail security role combining client service and asset protection operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees whilst serving as ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany customers
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending; act as brand ambassador to support store sales targets
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion during every customer interaction
- Execute security controls including daily inspections, equipment monitoring, alarm tests, key access management, and report submissions
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations
- Carry out opening and closing procedures and coordinate facility repairs and maintenance communications with store team
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities; implement best practices to create unique client experiences and act on feedback
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills suitable for luxury retail environment

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience required; preferred qualifications include experience in a retail or security environment and at least 1 year in a security-related position.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
