Tiffany & Co. seeks a Branch Security Officer in Salt Lake City, USA to manage store security, loss prevention and client-facing service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide vigilant loss-prevention and security presence to protect merchandise, clients, and colleagues while supporting store revenue goals.
  • Partner with the Senior Security Officer and store leadership to deter theft, investigate and report missing assets, and execute incident response protocols.
  • Perform and document daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access controls, and other routine operational checks.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and support back-of-house operations, including coordination of facilities repairs and maintenance communication.
  • Deliver exceptional client-facing service by reinforcing the Tiffany Experience, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support store sales objectives by assisting with floor operations and acting as a visible brand ambassador during customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills sufficient to complete reports and log inspections.
  • Familiarity with alarm systems, key control and routine security inspections.

Experience
