Tiffany & Co. seeks a Branch Security Officer in Salt Lake City, USA to manage store security, loss prevention and client-facing service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide vigilant loss-prevention and security presence to protect merchandise, clients, and colleagues while supporting store revenue goals.
- Partner with the Senior Security Officer and store leadership to deter theft, investigate and report missing assets, and execute incident response protocols.
- Perform and document daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access controls, and other routine operational checks.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and support back-of-house operations, including coordination of facilities repairs and maintenance communication.
- Deliver exceptional client-facing service by reinforcing the Tiffany Experience, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support store sales objectives by assisting with floor operations and acting as a visible brand ambassador during customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills sufficient to complete reports and log inspections.
- Familiarity with alarm systems, key control and routine security inspections.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; prior retail or security-environment experience preferred (1+ year in a security role is advantageous).
Education
High school graduate or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.13 to USD 25.88 per hour.
