Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Branch Security Officer in Roseville, California—combining security operations, loss prevention, and luxury retail customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service delivery
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations
- Implement and adhere to Incident Management Programs and security procedures through daily inspections, equipment monitoring, alarm testing, and key access controls
- Execute opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with store team members
- Cover both security and back-of-house operations and controls
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience to each client from beginning to end
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and repeat business
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction, implementing NPS program behaviors
- Elevate in-store experience by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create memorable moments
- Carry out standard processes and respond to NPS scores and client feedback
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience. Experience in a retail or security environment is desired, as is 1 year or more in a security-related position.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Roseville, California, USA, with easy access to Sacramento.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.25 to USD 28.75 per hour.
