Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service delivery
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement Incident Management Programs
  • Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to through daily inspections, equipment verification, alarm testing, key access management, and report submission
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, coordinate facilities repairs, and communicate with store team on operational matters
  • Oversee both security and back-of-house operations and controls
  • Deliver a positive Tiffany Experience from beginning to end for each client
  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and revenue
  • Act as Tiffany brand ambassador and support consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments
  • Demonstrate passion and Client Experience Behaviors aligned with the NPS program during every customer interaction
  • Implement standard hospitality processes to optimize store amenities and create unique experiences

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience
  • Preferred: experience in retail or security environment
  • Preferred: 1 year prior experience in a security-related position

Experience
