Branch Security Officer at Tiffany & Co. in Palo Alto, CA – security and retail operations role, $22.53–$30.48/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Program procedures
- Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to through daily inspections, equipment maintenance, alarm tests, key access controls, and report submissions
- Execute opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and store team coordination
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client from beginning to end
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime customer dedication and spending
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador while executing store operations to support achievement of sales targets
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction while demonstrating Client Experience Behaviors from the NPS program
- Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on NPS feedback
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a retail or security environment (desired)
- 1 year prior experience in a security-related position (desired)

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security, retail operations, or asset protection preferred; candidates with 1 year of dedicated security experience are also considered.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.53 to USD 30.48 per hour.
